CHPP 2025: FINAL REPORTS DUE

For 2025 re-grantees, all final reports are due no later than 3pm today.

• CHPP-25 Final Report & Narrative: CHPP-FR 25 (please update your narrative to show additional funds and any changes in the project)
  
• CHPP-25 Final Excel: CHPP-EX 25

Please provide all required supplementary materials and include in one packet as a PDF and email to Gina.

All re-grantees that have purchases interpretative panels or other physical objects, should have had a visit from Gina prior to final reports.
