Museum & Victorian Holiday Tours

Shippen's Annual Victorian Holiday Tours

Vic Xmas Tree

Shippen Manor's special holiday tours include hourly reserved tours (11am, 12pm, 1pm) and open walk-throughs (2pm until closing at 4pm).

All reservation-only tours are filled as of 11/25/25.

The hourly tours will have a new musical guest performer and specialized tours about Victorian holiday practices. Plus visitors will see the museum lit by candlelight and decorated for the holidays.
Tours are limited to 10-12 visitors per hour. Visitors can contact Gina Rosseland to reserve a space in one of the hourly tours after November 3rd.

For those who attend the open walk-throughs, they can see the building decorated for the holidays and if they have been good all year, may visit with our Victorian-era St. Nick! Visitors may take photos with St. Nick for free during the open walk-through hours (2pm, closing at 4pm).

If the weather is unfavorable, this event will be cancelled and not rescheduled. All reservations will be notified and our Facebook (Shippen Manor) will be updated.

ADA notification: The museum has a boardwalk access to the museum entrance (2nd door), which also serves as our exit for this program. When calling for reservations, please let Gina know if you or someone in your party is in a wheelchair or uses a walker so that she can ensure the areas the tour will move through will be free of obstacles. We also have assistive listening devices available for visitors with hearing impairments. Please request when making your reservation.

 WHEELCHAIR ACCESS  Main floor, only.
AVAILABILITY OF AUDIO SERVICES FOR BLIND OR LOW VISION  Personal assistive listening devices available upon request.
