CHPP 2025 Interim Reports Due

Interim reports were extended and are due no later than 3pm today.

Re-grantees can submit their interim reports between July 1 and July 8, 2025. 

The scheduled interim tech workshop was scheduled for June 16th.

Interim reports can be found on the website. The forms are PDF formatted.

All re-grantees were notified of the alteration to the schedule and were provided digital copies of the interim reports in late April/early May.
